sistemazione in camera standard con TV, TV-Sat, telefono, camera con doccia, WC, asciugacapelli,
cassetta di sicurezza, aria condizionata, servizi d'albergo, di spiaggia (ombrellone e 2 lettini)
e di
salvataggio, parcheggio incluso, garage fino ad esaurimento posti. Da essi sono escluse le bevande. L’eventuale tassa di soggiorno imposta
dal
comune non è compresa nel prezzo.

inbegriffen. Die eventuell von der Stadtverwaltung zusätzlich erhobene Touristensteuer ist nicht

Preis inbegriffen.

| La mancata consumazione dei pasti in Hotel, non comporta alcuna deduzione. In
caso di ritardato arrivo o anticipata partenza sarò addebitato il prezzo delle camere
impegnate. |

| N.B. La riservazione della stanza è definitiva con il ricevimento della
caparra.
Caparre per disdette entro i 30gg. dalla data di arrivo, non verranno in nessun modo
restituite. |

| La prenotazione della stanza sarà de nitiva solo al ricevimento della caparra
di
€ 300 (per camera) in caso di annullamento della prenotazione precedente 15gg dalla data di
arrivo, la caparra resterà valida per un nuovo soggiorno.La stanza si intende riservata no alle
ore
10.00 del giorno di partenza. In caso di partenza anticipata la direzione potrà addebitare il
costo
della sola camera per un periodo massimo di tre giorni. I prezzi sono iva compresa ed esclusa
eventuale tassa di soggiorno. |

| Das Zimmer gilt erst dann als endgültig reserviert, wenn die Anzahlung in
Höhe
von 300,00 € (pro Zimmer) eingegangen ist. Wird die Reservierung 2 Wochen vor dem Datum der
Anreise
storniert, bleibt die Anzahlung für einen neuen Aufenthalt gültig. Das Zimmer ist bis 10.00 Uhr
des
Abreisetages reserviert. Bei vorzeitiger Abreise kann die Direktion die Zimmerkosten für eine
Höchstdauer von 3 Tagen in Rechnung stellen. Eine eventuell zu entrichtende Ortstaxe ist nicht in
den
Preisen inbegriffen. |

| The room reservation will be nal only when we have received the deposit of €
300
(per room). In the case of the cancellation of the reservation in the 2 weeks before the date of
arrival the deposit will be valid for a new stay. The room is reserved until 10 a.m. of the day of
departure. In the event of an early departure, the Management may charge the cost of the room for
a
maximum period of three days. Rates include VAT but do not include a tourist tax. |
